Dit ga je doen Als Business Adviseur Veiligheid ondersteun en adviseer je de organisatie bij uiteenlopende veiligheidsvraagstukken. De nadruk ligt op arbeidsveiligheid, maar je kijkt breder en legt waar nodig de verbinding met sociale veiligheid en transportveiligheid. Je beweegt tussen de werkvloer, management en beleid. De ene dag ben je op een technische locatie om te onderzoeken wat er in de praktijk gebeurt. De volgende dag analyseer je een incident, signaleer je een ontwikkeling die meerdere bedrijfsonderdelen raakt of adviseer je een manager over een complex veiligheidsvraagstuk. Je: - analyseert veiligheids- en arbeidsrisico's en vertaalt deze naar praktische verbeteringen die in de operatie werken; - onderzoekt incidenten en trends en zorgt dat geleerde lessen leiden tot structurele verbetering; - bent zichtb...
