Bouw mee aan het ERP-platform dat meer dan 40 maakbedrijven slimmer laat werken. Als Business Analist bij VDL Digital Architectuur heb je directe invloed op de digitale transformatie van een internationale industriële organisatie. Je werkt aan de verdere ontwikkeling en uitrol van ons eigen ERP-platform VBS, gebouwd op het innovatieve low-code platform Thinkwise.

Wat ga je doen? Je vertaalt de uitdagingen van productiebedrijven naar slimme digitale oplossingen en ziet jouw ideeën daadwerkelijk terug op de werkvloer. Van productieplanning en logistiek tot inkoop en finance: jij helpt meer dan 40 VDL-bedrijven hun processen te optimaliseren.

- Analyseren en digitaliseren van processen binnen productie, logistiek, planning, inkoop en finance - Vertalen van gebruikersbehoeften naar concrete ERP-oplossingen - Samenwerken met ERP-developers om optimale functionaliteiten te realiseren - Begeleiden van implementaties bij verschillende VDL-bedrijven - Adviseren van stakeholders op operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau - Ondersteunen van gebruikers en creëren van draagvlak voor veranderingen

Wat wij zoeken Jij vindt het leuk om complexe processen te doorgronden en mensen mee te nemen in verandering. Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en durft kritisch door te vragen.

- HBO- of WO werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Business Analist, ERP Consultant of vergelijkbare functie - Kennis van ERP-systemen en bedrijfsprocessen binnen productieomgevingen - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en gestructureerde manier van werken - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht - Affiniteit met Agile werken - Rijbewijs B

Wat wij bieden - Salaris tussen €3.800 en €5.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring - Winstdeling, 8% vakantiegeld en reiskostenvergoeding - 38 vrije dagen (25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV) - Goede pensioenregeling - Mogelijkheid om verschillende VDL-bedrijven van binnenuit te leren kennen - Informele werksfeer met sportact
