In deze zelfstandige en uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, optimaliseren en digitaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen binnen onze internationale organisatie. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om verbeterinitiatieven te signaleren, uit te werken en te implementeren. Daarbij beschik je over een grote mate van beslissingsbevoegdheid en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Directie. Met jouw analytische blik, ondernemende instelling en verbindende talent draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze organisatie. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's in Nederland, Frankrijk en Duitsland en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de business, operatie en IT. Wie zijn wij? De Kroes Tasty Bakeries is een toonaangevende internationale speler in de productie en verkoop van heerlijke producten zoals (kaas)zoutjes, toastjes, ontbijtcrackers, pastei en andere lekkernijen. Met productielocaties in Nederland, Frankrijk en Duitsland en circa 200 collega's werken wij dagelijks aan groei. Onze producten worden voornamelijk onder private label verkocht in supermarkten in West-Europa, maar ook ver daarbuiten. Dankzij onze sterke groei blijven we continu in beweging. Wie ben jij?
