Kommen Sie in unser Team! Wir suchen 1 Business Analyst:in Regulatory Reporting (m/w/d) Dienstort: Salzburg

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du unterstützt die Wüstenrot Gruppe bei der Weiterentwicklung der granularen Datenbereitstellung für Aufsichtsbehörden sowie bei der Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen

* Du begleitest die Umstellung der Meldewesensoftware, insbesondere Abacus GMP, und übernimmst deren fachliche Betreuung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung

* Du wirkst aktiv in Projekten zur Digitalisierung des Regulatory Reporting innerhalb der Wüstenrot Gruppe mit und unterstützt die Umsetzung neuer aufsichtsrechtlicher Vorgaben

* Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst IT-gestützte Reporting-Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter

* Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen und IT und begleitest Implementierungen von der Testvorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung

Was du mitbringst:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium mit quantitativem Schwerpunkt (BWL, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen etc.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Reporting bei einer Bank oder einem Beratungsunternehmen

* Erfahrung in IT-Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten im regulatorischen Umfeld

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und Access, sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Datenmodelle und Datenbanken; SQL- und VBA-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Praktische Erfahrung mit einer oder mehreren Meldewesensoftwarelösungen, Kenntnisse von Abacus GMP sind besonders willkommen

* Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und die Bereitschaft sich selbstständig in komplexe Prozesse einzuarbeiten

Auf Grund der Karenzvertretung wird der Vertrag zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet.
