Krijg jij energie van bedrijfsprocessen doorgronden en vertalen naar SAP-oplossingen die gebruikers écht vooruithelpen?

Voor een internationaal actieve onderneming in regio Deinze zoeken we een Business Analyst SAP. Je komt terecht binnen een organisatie met verschillende afdelingen en activiteiten, waar digitalisering een belangrijke rol speelt in de verdere ondersteuning van de interne werking.

Als Business Analyst SAP bevind je je op het kruispunt van business, processen en IT. Vanuit de behoeften van interne gebruikers analyseer je bestaande werkwijzen en onderzoek je hoe SAP hierin beter kan ondersteunen. Naast de dagelijkse functionele opvolging krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan optimalisaties en bredere projecten binnen de organisatie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Vanuit gesprekken met interne gebruikers worden behoeften en knelpunten in kaart gebracht, waarna jij deze vertaalt naar concrete en werkbare oplossingen binnen SAP
  • Bestaande bedrijfsprocessen analyseer en optimaliseer je in samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen
  • Bij nieuwe toepassingen of wijzigingen neem je de analyse, testing, implementatie en documentatie mee voor jouw rekening
  • Complexere functionele vragen volg je verder op en waar nodig schakel je met interne of externe IT-specialisten om tot de juiste oplossing te komen
  • Nieuwe werkwijzen en functionaliteiten maak je toegankelijk voor de gebruikers, zodat deze correct en efficiënt toegepast kunnen worden in de dagelijkse werking
  • Een masterdiploma in een relevante richting vormt de gewenste basis voor deze functie
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen businessanalyse, functionele analyse of een gelijkaardige omgeving op zak
  • Een goede kennis van SAP, gecombineerd met inzicht in het vertalen van bedrijfsprocessen naar functionele oplossingen binnen een ERP-omgeving
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels, aangevuld met een analytische aanpak en het vermogen om samen te werken met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders
