Werk je graag met ondernemers en haal je energie uit het structureren van kredieten en het uitbouwen van klantenrelaties?

Voor een zelfstandig bankkantoor met een sterke KMO-portefeuille zoeken we een Business Banker die mee wil bouwen aan de verdere groei.

Jouw rol

Als Business Banker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van een portefeuille aan professionele klanten.

Je werkt dicht bij de klant en combineert financieel advies met commerciële opportuniteiten.

Concreet

  • Je begeleidt ondernemers in hun dagelijkse bankzaken en kredietnoden
  • Je analyseert en structureert kredietdossiers (voornamelijk exploitatiekredieten)
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met KMO-klanten
  • Je gaat actief de baan op en onderhoudt contact met je klanten
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten en speelt hier commercieel op in
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s voor een totaaladvies (verzekeringen als aanvulling)

Je werkt met een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille: van lokale handelaars tot productiebedrijven en groeibedrijven.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring binnen kredieten en/of business banking
  • Interesse in ondernemers en hun activiteiten
  • Commerciële mindset en initiatief
  • Sterk in analyse en advies
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel

Kennis van verzekeringen is een plus, maar geen must.
