Jobomschrijving

Voor een grote organisatie binnen de publieke nuts- en energiesector zijn we op zoek naar een Medior Business Change Manager die mee vorm wil geven aan verschillende strategische transformaties.

De organisatie staat voor heel wat veranderingen op het vlak van de energietransitie, digitalisering, databeheer en operationele processen. Als Change Manager zorg je ervoor dat deze veranderingen niet alleen op papier werken, maar ook effectief gedragen en geïmplementeerd worden binnen de organisatie.

Je komt terecht in een professioneel change team en wordt ingezet op één of meerdere complexe transformatieprogramma's.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je brengt de impact van veranderingen op medewerkers, teams en processen in kaart en vertaalt dit naar een concrete change aanpak.
  • Je begeleidt stakeholders en medewerkers doorheen het veranderingsproces en creëert draagvlak voor nieuwe werkwijzen en oplossingen.
  • Je organiseert en faciliteert workshops, infosessies en andere momenten om medewerkers te informeren, betrekken en activeren.
  • Je bewaakt het overzicht en zorgt voor een goede alignering tussen verschillende stakeholders en betrokken teams.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met project- en programmamanagers en fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen business, medewerkers en projectteams.
  • Je detecteert weerstand en veranderingsnoden en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties.
  • Je deelt je expertise en ervaringen binnen het change team en draagt zo bij aan de verdere uitbouw van change management binnen de organisatie.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als Business Change Manager / Change Manager, waarbij change management je primaire rol was.
  • Je bent zelfstandig en neemt ownership, maar werkt tegelijk graag samen in team.
  • Je beschikt over sterke facilitatie-, communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementskills.
  • Je bent empathisch en luistervaardig, maar durft ook kritisch te challengen en mensen in beweging te brengen.
  • Je behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht in complexe omgevingen en weet tegelijk ook hands-on te werken.
  • Je bent diplomatisch, verbindend en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kunt je snel inwerken in een grote organisatie en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar veel tegelijk verandert.
  • Ervaring binnen de energie-, nuts- of publieke sector is een sterke troef.
