Headhuntersteam - Business Controller Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever betreft een ouderenzorginstelling in de regio van Emmeloord met een tiental woonzorgcentra. Binnen de woonlocaties kent de organisatie verschillende vormen van zorg, langdurig maar ook kortdurend verblijf worden gefaciliteerd. Daarnaast levert de organisatie niet alleen zorg in de appartementen maar ook aan huis. Bedrijfscultuur Samen met jou collega's van de Financiële Administratie en een groot deel van de ondersteunende diensten werk je op een van de zorglocaties. Dit zorgt voor een sterke binding met de primaire doelstellingen van de organisatie en het primaire proces. De locatie waar de afdeling is gevestigd betreft een veelzijdig woonzorgcentrum die de verbinding met de wijk en dorpse karakter weet vast te houden. Betrokken en gastvrij zijn termen die passen bij deze locatie. Over de functie Als Business Controller ben je nauw betrokken bij de financiële en bedrijfsmatige ontwikkelingen binnen de organisatie. Je analyseert cijfers, signaleert ontwikkelingen en vertaalt financiële en niet-financiële informatie naar concrete inzichten en adviezen. Je werkt samen met verschillende onderdelen van de organisatie en weet goed de verbinding te leggen tussen de dagelijkse praktijk en de financiële resultaten. Je bent betrokken bij de planning- en controlcyclus, waaronder begrotingen, forecasts, managementrapportages en analyses. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in processen, prestaties en financiële beheersing. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de cijfers. Door kritische vragen te stellen en ontwikkelingen vanuit verschillende invalshoeken te bekijken, help je de organisatie om onderbouwde keuzes te maken. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om zelfstandig onderwerpen op te pakken en jouw expertise in te zetten bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken.
