Business Controller - Tot € 6000 Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor financiële beheersing, rapportages en analyses. Je stelt en analyseert financiële rapportages op, coördineert de planning- en controlcyclus en adviseert management en directie met inzichten uit data, dashboards en BI-tools. Je hebt een hbo- of wo-opleiding, ervaring met controlling en financiële analyses, en ontvangt € 4000,00 tot € 6000,00, een jaarcontract, 26 vakantiedagen en een bonusregeling. - 32 tot 38 uren per week - tussen €4000 en €6000 per maand Als Business Controller vertaal je cijfers naar heldere inzichten en concrete verbeteringen. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare managementinformatie, signaleert kansen en risico's en adviseert het management en de directie over financiële resultaten en strategische keuzes. 1 Dit ga je doen Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële beheersing, rapportages en analyses. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de cijfers en onderzoekt wat er achter de resultaten schuilgaat. Je vertaalt data naar heldere inzichten en praktische adviezen waarmee de organisatie verder kan groeien. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen, analyseren en consolideren van financiële rapportages. - Coördineren van de planning- en controlcyclus, waaronder budgetten, forecasts en periodieke rapportages. - Signaleren van financiële risico's, afwijkingen en commerciële kansen. - Adviseren van management en directie over bedrijfsresultaten en strategische keuzes. - Analyseren van financiële en operationele processen en aandragen van verbeteringen. - Optimaliseren van rapportages, systemen en werkprocessen. - Vertalen van data naar bruikbare inzichten met behulp van dashboards en BI-tools. - Samenwerken met collega's binnen Finance, Control en andere afdelingen.
