Wij zijn Klimaatroute: hét energieadviesbureau van Nederland. Elke dag helpen wij bewoners en ondernemers om hun woning of bedrijf te verduurzamen. Dat doen we met persoonlijke aandacht, praktisch advies en resultaatgerichte begeleiding. Zo maken we verduurzaming haalbaar én toegankelijk voor iedereen. De energie- en duurzaamheidssector ontwikkelt zich razendsnel. Wet- en regelgeving verandert continu, de vraag vanuit opdrachtgevers groeit en onze organisatie groeit mee. Dat biedt volop kansen, maar brengt ook steeds meer complexiteit met zich mee. Juist daarom is scherpe financiële sturing onmisbaar. Bij Klimaatroute zetten we mensen in beweging. Vandaag voor morgen. Wat doet een Business Controller bij Klimaatroute? Als Business Controller ben jij een belangrijke sparringpartner voor management, operatie en projectteams. Je helpt de organisatie vooruit door financiële inzichten te vertalen naar concrete adviezen en stuurinformatie die direct bijdraagt aan betere besluitvorming. Je komt terecht in een klein en betrokken team binnen Klimaatroute, waarbij je tegelijkertijd kunt terugvallen op de financiële kennis en expertise van ons moederbedrijf Essent. Je werkt in een omgeving die continu in beweging is: nieuwe projecten, veranderende marktomstandigheden en een groeiende behoefte aan inzicht en sturing vanuit de business. Daardoor is jouw rol veel breder dan het opstellen van rapportages. Je denkt actief mee over prestaties, risico's, kansen en verbeteringen binnen de organisatie.
