The posting

  • Opstellen, analyseren en opvolgen van resource- en financiële planningen, inclusief cashflow en budgetten voor jouw business units.
  • Identificeren en duiden van (on)voorziene afwijkingen, risico’s en verbetermogelijkheden aan de hand van grondige business- en financiële analyses.
  • Monitoren van KPI’s en actief aansturen op verbeteringen samen met managers en afdelingen - steeds met oog op marge, winstgevendheid en kwaliteit.
  • Maandelijkse afsluitingen en provisies (kosten & opbrengsten) correct verwerken en opvolgen.
  • Actief ondersteunen van projectverantwoordelijken bij rapportering, facturatie, cost control en het optimaliseren van processen.
  • Zorgdragen voor volledige, correcte en up-to-date financiële masterdata.

Must haves:

  • Master- of bachelordiploma in finance, business, analytics of gelijkaardig.
  • Relevante ervaring in controlling, financiële analyse of rapportering: je voelt je zeker bij Excel en analytic tools.
  • Vlot Nederlands én Engels; je communiceert helder op verschillende niveaus.
  • Scherp analytisch inzicht en het vermogen om complexe materie begrijpelijk te maken.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor deadlines.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Kennis van Frans vormt een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met robotica, automatisering of technologische omgevingen.
  • Affiniteit met rapporteringstools of ERP-systemen (zoals SAP, Power BI, ...).
  • Proactiviteit, ondernemend denken en een stevige drive om processen continu te verbeteren.
