Voor een groeiende onderneming met sterke buy-and-build-strategie te Lokeren, zij we op zoek naar een ambitieuze Business Controller met sterk ondernemende mindset. Je komt terecht in een onderneming waar duurzaamheid en innovatie centraal staan.

Jobomschrijving

Je komt terecht in een snelgroeiende omgeving met dynamisch finance team. Bestaande uit 3 collega Controllers waarbij je rechstreeks rapporteert aan de Group Controller.

Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Jaarlijks budgetproces.
  • Maandelijkse opvolging van actuals vs budget.
  • Tussentijdse forecast updates, rekening houdend met evoluties van de business zoals overnames en volume- en prijsschommelingen.
  • De voorbereiding van de maandelijkse groepsrapportering.
  • Het analyseren van de maandelijkse resultaten van meerdere landen.
  • Aanbevelingen presenteren naar het management en concreet uitwerken naar de business toe. Een rol met impact en close-to-the-business.
  • Harmoniseren en optimaliseren van financiële processen.
  • Het opvolgen van de groepsfinanciering & cashpositie.
  • Het overzicht bewaren van bestaande & toekomstige financieringsbehoeften.
  • Je bent betrokken bij nieuwe leningen & leasings.
  • Ad hoc analyses komende vanuit de business.
  • Business cases (mbt logistiek, financieel, investeringen, etc.) en jouw bevindingen helder toelichten aan het management.
  • ...
  • Master in een economische/financiële richting, met een aantal jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Flexibiliteit, zelfstandigheid en de vaardigheid om te floreren in een snelgroeiende omgeving zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Deadlines zijn voor jou geen obstakel, maar een uitdaging.
  • Ervaring in Odoo of een ander ERP systeem is een troef
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én hebt een goede beheersing van het Engels.
  • Regelmatige verplaatsingen naar Nederland (Amsterdam) zijn voor jou geen probleem -> 1 keer per week/twee weken. (hotelkosten worden vergoed).
