In deze rol ben je een stevige businesspartner voor directie, management en zorgteams. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met grote maatschappelijke impact, waar jouw analyses en adviezen direct bijdragen aan toekomstbestendige zorg. Jouw rol in het kort Als Business Controller ben je onderdeel van een professioneel team en verantwoordelijk voor twee zorgvormen binnen een grotere regio. Je ondersteunt bij begrotingen, analyses en rapportages en helpt mee om datagedreven werken verder te versterken. Je hebt een brede rol waarin strategie, planning en operationele sturing samenkomen. Dit ga je doen • Je adviseert management, directie en bestuur over financiële vraagstukken • Je vertaalt strategie naar jaarplannen, KPI's en relevante stuurinformatie • Je bouwt aan financiële processen en optimaliseert datastromen • Je ontwikkelt dashboards en KPI rapportages in Excel en Power BI • Je stelt begrotingen, forecasts, maandrapportages en jaarafsluiting op • Je beheert contractafspraken en ziet toe op naleving in samenwerking met accountmanagement • Je ondersteunt bij verkoop en relatiegesprekken met opdrachtgevers zoals gemeenten • Je rekent voorstellen financieel door en adviseert over impact en risico's Wat jij meebrengt • Een hbo of wo diploma in finance, bedrijfseconomie, accountancy of bedrijfskunde • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als business controller binnen een grote of complexe organisatie • Ervaring met Excel en Power BI is vereist • Affiniteit met de zorgsector is een sterke pre • Een analytisch vermogen, overtuigingskracht en een verbindende manier van samenwerken • Een helicopterview en rust in hectie...
