Functieomschrijving Als Business Controller bij CWS Workwear ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de operatie en het management. Jij weet data vanuit verschillende systemen te verzamelen en je weg te vinden binnen een matrixorganisatie. Voor de wasserijen in Den Bosch en Lokeren (België) ben je dé sparringpartner voor de Plant Managers. Vanuit de cijfers denk je mee in bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken en draag je bij aan optimalisaties. Met jouw kritische blik en scherpe analyses ben jij dé Business Partner die collega's weet mee te nemen in het financiële verhaal. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Je bent de sparringpartner voor de Plant Managers in Den Bosch en Lokeren (BE). Je denkt mee in bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken rondom de W&V-rekening zoals proces- en kostenoptimalisaties, en werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen. Je stelt rapportages op, voert analyses uit en presenteert bevindingen aan collega's - In samenwerking met Accounting verzorg je een kwalitatieve maandafsluiting. Verder voer je de maandelijkse review-meetings en forecast uit en toets je data continu met de budgetplanning en gestelde KPI's - Je bent wekelijks aanwezig op de wasserijen in Den Bosch en Lokeren. Zo sta je dichtbij het lokale team en kan je regelmatig deelnemen aan de daily perfomance-meetings - Verbeteringen in de processen signaleer je proactief.
