Deli Home, het bedrijf achter sterke merken als Skantrae, Weekamp Deuren, CanDo en Lundia, is op zoek naar een analytische en proactieve Business Controller (32-40 uur per week) voor de Business Unit Deuren die verder kijkt dan de cijfers. Ben jij iemand die processen wil optimaliseren, datagedreven besluitvorming ondersteunt en met moderne BI-tools de business vooruithelpt? Heb je oog voor detail én zie je het grotere geheel? Dan hebben wij dé baan voor jou! Wat ga je doen? - Je stelt periodieke financiële rapportages en latest estimates op en vertaalt cijfers naar waardevolle inzichten voor directie en management. - Je analyseert resultaten, signaleert trends en adviseert over procesverbetering, rendement en strategische keuzes. - Je draagt actief bij aan datagedreven besluitvorming door gebruik van BI-tools zoals Business Objects en Tableau. - Je bewaakt en verbetert datakwaliteit en ontwikkelt dashboards die de business ondersteunen. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's in binnen- en buitenland aan de harmonisatie van financiële en operationele data. - Je verzorgt mede de maandafsluiting voor onze Nederlandse BV's (Weekamp Deuren en Skantrae). - Je draagt bij aan budgetten, ondersteunt bij audits en jaarrekeningcontroles, en levert ad hoc rapportages op verzoek van directie. - Je initieert en begeleidt verbeterprojecten op het gebied van processen, datastromen en automatisering. - Je voert risicoanalyses en scenario-analyses uit om de bedrijfsvoering te optimaliseren. - Je ondersteunt bij liquiditeitsprognoses en valutamanagement. - Je bent in de week gemiddeld 3 dagen aanwezig op onze vestiging in Dedemsvaart en 2 dagen in Zevenaar.
