Hof van Twente, Overijssel Business controller fysiek domein Functie omschrijving Functie Functietitel: Ervaren Business Controller Fysiek Domein Als business controller ben jij het eerste financiële aanspreekpunt voor teamleiders, directie en stakeholders en draag je bij aan de financiële sturing van projecten en ontwikkelingen binnen het fysieke domein. Je adviseert, monitort en verbetert financiële processen en coördineert de SiSa-verantwoording. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Adviseren van teamleiders, directie en portefeuillehouders over financiële vraagstukken, kaders en de gevolgen van beleids- en uitvoeringskeuzes. - Vroegtijdig in beeld brengen van financiële kansen, risico's en consequenties van ontwikkelingen binnen VTH en Openbare Ruimte. - Meedenken over nieuwe plannen, projecten en investeringen; inzichtelijk maken van financiële effecten en scenario's waar politiek-bestuurlijke belangen samenkomen. - Adviseren over budgetbeheer; bewaken van financiële voortgang samen met budgethouders en uitvoeren van correcties waar nodig. - Adviseren over en bewaken van de financiële verwerking van verplichtingen, reserves en voorzieningen binnen het beleidsgebied. - Opstellen van de jaarrekening en bestuursrapportage voor het fysieke domein. - Coördineren van de SiSa-verantwoording, inclusief procesafstemming en bijbehorende documentatie; signaleren en laten corrigeren van tekortkomingen vóór oplevering van het dossier aan de externe accountant. - Analyseren en verbeteren van bestaande processen rondom de SiSa-verantwoording.
