Als Business Controller Sales ben je de financiële sparringpartner van het Sales Team. Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers alleen. Je helpt de business begrijpen wat er achter de resultaten zit, waar kansen liggen en welke keuzes nodig zijn om commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren. Je schakelt dagelijks met sales managers, accountmanagers, pricing team, customer service, order management, supply chain en collega's binnen Finance. Daarbij ben je niet bang om kritische vragen te stellen, weerstand te bieden wanneer nodig en de discussie aan te gaan op basis van feiten en inzichten. Als Finance Business Partner voor Sales vertaal je commerciële prestaties naar heldere stuurinformatie en concrete adviezen. Je zorgt dat het management beschikt over betrouwbare inzichten om de juiste beslissingen te nemen. Dit omvat onder andere: - Opstellen en coördineren van budgetten, forecasts en rolling forecasts - Monitoren en rapporteren van commerciële performance op volume, prijs, mix en marge - Uitvoeren van financiële analyses en scenario-berekeningen - Onderbouwen van commerciële besluiten met businesscases - Adviseren van Sales Managers, Account managers, Sr. Commercial Controller en directie - Signaleren van risico's en kansen en voorstellen doen voor bijsturing - Verbeteren van dashboards, rapportages en performance management - Ondersteunen van pricing-vraagstukken, klantanalyses en contractvoorstellen - Bewaken van forecast accuracy ...
