The posting

Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële beheersing, rapportages en analyses. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de cijfers en onderzoekt wat er achter de resultaten schuilgaat. Je vertaalt data naar heldere inzichten en praktische adviezen waarmee de organisatie verder kan groeien.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Opstellen, analyseren en consolideren van financiële rapportages. - Coördineren van de planning- en controlcyclus, waaronder budgetten, forecasts en periodieke rapportages. - Signaleren van financiële risico’s, afwijkingen en commerciële kansen. - Adviseren van management en directie over bedrijfsresultaten en strategische keuzes. - Analyseren van financiële en operationele processen en aandragen van verbeteringen. - Optimaliseren van rapportages, systemen en werkprocessen. - Vertalen van data naar bruikbare inzichten met behulp van dashboards en BI-tools. - Samenwerken met collega’s binnen Finance, Control en andere afdelingen.

Je combineert strategisch meedenken met een praktische aanpak en bent ook bereid om financiële control-werkzaamheden op te pakken. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar maakt deel uit van een betrokken Control-team waarin kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan.

- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of een vergelijkbare richting. - Ervaring met controlling, financiële analyses en rapportages. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een goed gevoel voor cijfers. - Affiniteit met IT, systemen, data, dashboards en BI-tools. - Het vermogen om financiële informatie te vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten en adviezen. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie te schakelen. - Een proactieve, zelfstandige en resultaatgerichte werkhouding. - De ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en actief bij te dragen aan verbeteringen.
