  • Ontwikkelen van nieuwe business binnen industriële sectoren
  • Opbouwen van relaties met stakeholders zoals operations, safety en procurement
  • Beheren van complexe salesprocessen met meerdere beslissingsnemers
  • Analyseren van klantuitdagingen en vertalen naar sterke business cases
  • Positioneren van oplossingen met focus op technologie, service en ondersteuning
  • Identificeren van groeikansen binnen klanten en regio’s
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie op events en in de markt
  • Delen van marktinzichten en klantfeedback met interne teams

  • Ervaring in B2B solution sales en business development, idealiter binnen saas
  • Sterk in het opbouwen van relaties op verschillende niveaus binnen organisaties
  • Comfortabel met complexe en langdurige salestrajecten
  • Commercieel inzicht gecombineerd met analytisch denkvermogen
  • Proactieve en ondernemende mindset
  • Sterke communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden
  • Zelfstandig werkend en resultaatgericht
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, goede kennis van Frans
  • Kennis van Duits is een plus
