Over ons Als Business Development Manager bij The Keepers bouw je mee aan de groei van een ambitieus horeca-uitzendbureau. Je helpt hotels, restaurants, beachclubs, cateraars en evenementenlocaties aan goede mensen, haalt nieuwe klanten binnen en krijgt veel vrijheid om je eigen markt, aanpak en portefeuille vorm te geven. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Breda en richt je op een logisch klantcluster of regio. Dat bepalen we samen, op basis van waar de meeste kansen liggen. De ene ochtend zit je aan tafel bij een vijfsterrenhotel. Rond de lunch schuif je aan bij het team op kantoor. Daarna werk je je mail bij, bel je een evenementenlocatie na en stel je kandidaten voor bij een beachclub die je vorige week hebt gesproken. Je beweegt tussen sales, horeca en recruitment en ziet direct wat jouw werk oplevert. Over The Keepers The Keepers werkt voor toonaangevende opdrachtgevers in horeca en hospitality. We helpen horecabedrijven aan goede mensen: van flexibele inzet tot vaste functies. Onze klanten zijn hotels, restaurants, cateraars, vakantieparken, leisurebedrijven, strandpaviljoens en evenementenlocaties. Ons interne team bestaat nu uit 11 mensen en groeit naar verwachting komend jaar door naar 15 tot 20 collega's. Je komt terecht in een team dat hard werkt, snel schakelt en ook graag samen luncht, sport, borrelt en leuke dingen doet. De rol Dit is een commerciële rol voor iemand die energie krijgt van nieuwe kansen. Je doet zelf acquisitie, plant afspraken, maakt voorstellen, bespreekt offertes en bouwt stap voor stap je eigen portefeuille op. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in hoe je jouw markt benadert. Welke klanten zijn interessant? Welke regio biedt kansen? Welke tools helpen jou om sneller betere gesprekken te voeren? Daarin denk je actief mee. Je werkt nauw samen met recruitment en accountmanagement, zodat nieuwe klanten niet alleen binnenkomen, maar ook goed geholpen worden.
