Je bouwt actief aan je netwerk, ontwikkelt je tot sectorspecialist en helpt organisaties met innovatieve security-oplossingen. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële traject: van het identificeren van kansen en het benaderen van prospects tot het sluiten van de deal. Je richt je op middelgrote en grote organisaties binnen de sector Transport & Logistiek en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar passende security-oplossingen. Dit ga je doen De focus als Business Development Manager ligt volledig op new business. Je bouwt zelfstandig een sterke sales funnel op, ontwikkelt duurzame relaties met prospects en creëert nieuwe commerciële kansen. Na het winnen van een opdracht draag je de klant over aan de verantwoordelijke collega's in de operatie of accountmanagement, zodat jij jezelf kan blijven richten op acquisitie en daarmee groei realiseert. Je wordt uitgedaagd om je te ontwikkelen tot dé specialist binnen de sector Transport & Logistiek. Je verdiept je in marktontwikkelingen, bezoekt branche-evenementen en bouwt actief aan jouw netwerk. Zo positioneer je jezelf als Business Development Manager van Securitas en als belangrijke kennispartner binnen de sector. Samen met je collega's van sales en bidmanagement verkoop je , ondersteund door de afdeling marketing & communicatie, het volledige Securitas-portfolio.
