Voor een internationale organisatie zoeken wij een Business Intelligence Lead die de verbindende schakel wordt tussen business, management en data. Je krijgt een centrale positie binnen de organisatie en neemt ownership over de verdere professionalisering van de BI-omgeving. Daarbij combineer je inhoudelijke kennis van Power BI, data modelling, SQL en datawarehousing met sterke stakeholdervaardigheden. Het is een rol voor iemand die zowel strategisch kan meedenken als zelf inhoudelijk dicht genoeg bij de technologie wil blijven. Deze vacature wordt behandeld door onze zusterorganisatie StatTec Recruitment, specialist in Data, Analytics & AI Recruitment. Jouw rol als Business Intelligence Lead Data speelt een steeds belangrijkere rol binnen de organisatie. De volgende stap is om informatie, rapportages en databronnen verder te professionaliseren en beter met elkaar te verbinden. Daarin krijg jij een belangrijke positie. Je werkt met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders om informatiebehoeften te begrijpen en te vertalen naar schaalbare BI-oplossingen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - bepalen van prioriteiten binnen Business Intelligence; - ophalen en vertalen van informatiebehoeften vanuit de organisatie; - verder ontwikkelen van dashboards en rapportages in Power BI; - ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van datamodellen; - definiëren en bewaken van KPI's; - verbeteren van datakwaliteit en governance; - adviseren van management en andere stakeholders; - meedenken over ETL-processen en datawarehouse-architectuur; - standaardiseren van rapportages en definities; - identificeren...
