Als Business Manager Infrastructuur & Mobiliteit ben jij niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor commerciële groei. Jij bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties, ontwikkelt talent en draagt bij aan projecten die de bereikbaarheid, leefbaarheid en duurzaamheid van Nederland verbeteren. Daarmee maak jij iedere dag impact op de samenleving én op de groei van de organisatie. Dit ga jij doen Als Business Manager creëer jij commerciële kansen, ontwikkel jij strategische klantrelaties en zorg jij voor een inspirerende werkomgeving voor de consultants. Van uitdagende opdrachten in dit domein tot advies op maat. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de commerciële groeistrategie binnen infrastructuur en mobiliteit; - Opbouwen en onderhouden van (eigen) klantrelaties met opdrachtgevers zoals Rijkswaterstaat, provincies, gemeenten, vervoersbedrijven, aannemers en ingenieursbureaus; - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en vertalen van trends naar nieuwe proposities en dienstverlening; - Acquireren van nieuwe opdrachten en uitbreiden van bestaande klantrelaties, ook middels bestaande overeenkomsten en projecten; - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van consultants; - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor omzet, marge, bezetting en klanttevredenheid; - Samenwerken met interne specialisten om multidisciplinaire oplossingen te realiseren; - Vertegenwoordigen van de organisatie tijdens netwerkbijeenkomsten, branche-evenementen en aanbestedingstrajecten.
