De functie Als Business Manager maak je deel uit van een internationaal georiënteerde organisatie met een sterke lokale focus. Je bent ondernemend en combineert sales en management moeiteloos. Klanten vertrouwen op jouw commerciële intuïtie voor de beste oplossingen en je begeleidt lopende projecten naar succes. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van een team van consultants en met jouw input weten wij top talent uit de markt aan te trekken. Als schakel tussen klanten en consultants ben je sociaal, ambitieus, creatief, commercieel en overtuigend. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van salesstrategieën. Zo ben je bezig met het identificeren en benaderen van nieuwe klanten en markten. Daarnaast stuur je een team van consultants aan en draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van processen en het stimuleren van de omzet. De week begint met een stand-up meeting waarbij alle collega's hoogtepunten en weekplanningen bespreken. Je legt nieuwe relaties, onderhoudt bestaande netwerken en richt je op het vervullen...
