Bij TSC Life krijg je de ruimte om die verbinding te maken. Je brengt structuur, verbetert processen en werkt mee aan een belangrijke livegang in het eerste kwartaal van 2027. Jouw uitdaging TSC Life groeit, zowel zelfstandig als door overnames. Daarmee neemt de behoefte aan eenduidige processen, betrouwbare data en een gezamenlijke manier van werken toe. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central vormt hiervoor de basis. Als Business Process & ERP Manager richt jij je vooral op Finance. Je begrijpt wat financiële collega's nodig hebben en vertaalt dit naar praktische procesverbeteringen en een passende inrichting van Business Central. Je kijkt daarbij over lands- en afdelingsgrenzen heen: hoe sluiten processen op elkaar aan, waar ontstaan verschillen en wat kan eenvoudiger? Drie uitdagingen staan centraal: - Financiële processen harmoniseren: lokale werkwijzen verbinden en standaardiseren, met oog voor wat per land nodig blijft. - De geplande livegang in Q1 2027 voorbereiden: zorgen dat inrichting, data, testen en gebruikers goed op elkaar aansluiten. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt nauw samen met Finance, andere interne stakeholders en externe consultants. Je haalt behoeften op, maakt keuzes inzichtelijk en begeleidt verbeteringen van analyse tot ingebruikname. Concreet ga je: - Financiële processen analyseren en vertalen naar verbeteringen in Business Central. - De inrichting en doorontwikkeling van het ERP-systeem en bijbehorende uitbreidingen coördineren. - ERP-projecten begeleiden en grip houden op plannin...
