Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand die graag de brug vormt tussen IT, systemen en de business? Krijg je energie van het optimaliseren van processen, het leiden van projecten en het zoeken naar slimme systeemoplossingen? Dan is deze functie als Business Systems Analyst iets voor jou. Je komt terecht in een internationale en innovatieve omgeving waar jouw technische expertise rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan efficiëntere processen en betere bedrijfsresultaten.

Takenpakket

  • Je neemt actief deel aan en leidt projecten rond business systemen, van operationele verbeteringen tot strategische initiatieven.
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen IT en de business en vertaalt businessnoden naar duidelijke technische oplossingen en omgekeerd.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd volgens DMAIC/PDCA en ondersteunt collega's bij het toepassen van deze methodieken.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert structuren binnen business systemen en bent, samen met de Head of Business Systems, het aanspreekpunt voor systeemconfiguraties en data-extracties.
  • Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van rapporten, dashboards en analysetools die de business helpen om betere beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met interne en externe stakeholders en bouwt professionele relaties op met leveranciers.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan continuous improvement door processen te vereenvoudigen, optimaliseren en efficiënter te maken.

Profielomschrijving

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Information Technology of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt sterke projectmanagement- en communicatieskills en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende stakeholders en organisatieniveaus.
  • Je bent proactief, hands-on en pragmatisch en weet flexibel om te gaan met veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van business systemen en ERP-omgevingen; ervaring met SAP, SharePoint en Microsoft Office is een plus.
  • Je hebt een analytische en oplossingsgerichte mindset en weet technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier over te brengen.
  • Je bent gedreven door continuous improvement en krijgt energie van optimaliseren, vereenvoudigen en vooruitgang boeken.
