Dagelijks contact met alle belangrijke multinationals in de food market, zorgt ervoor dat onze klant beschikt over globale kennis, waardoor klanten kunnen profiteren van de aanwezige expertise. Op de positie van Business Unit Leader ben jij als dé aanvoerder in het veld verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de regionale accountmanagers en de daaruit voortvloeiende resultaten van de business unit. Als Business Unit Leader houd jij je bezig met leidinggevende werkzaamheden, accountmanagement, business development, relatiebeheer en commerciële werkzaamheden.

Concreet houd jij je per aspect bezig met de volgende werkzaamheden:

Leidinggevende taken:

- Je ontwikkelt, stelt en stuurt - samen met het team - de commerciële BU-strategie met duidelijke doelen, doelstellingen en initiatieven aan;

- Zorgt voor afstemming met de strategie van de andere BU's en versterkt het Hub-team verder als één geheel;

- Zorg dragen voor het actief delen van biedingen, aanbiedingen, vragen en bevestigde zaken door de comme
