The posting

Voor onze klant gespecialiseerd in het industrieel reinigen in verschillende voedingsbedrijven zijn we op zoek naar een projectleider die de regio Antwerpen voor zijn/haar rekening neemt. Er wordt verwacht dat je 1x per week aanwezig bent in Wevelgem voor overleg.

Als Business Unit Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt beheren van een eigen klantenportefeuille en stuur je een team van projectleiders aan.

Je taken:

  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van projectleiders binnen jouw afdeling.
  • Opvolgen en beheren van budgetten, kosten en rendabiliteit.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning, opleidingen en evaluatiegesprekken.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgen voor een optimale dienstverlening.
  • Toezien op kwaliteitsnormen, procedures en naleving van de geldende voorschriften.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere groei en optimalisatie van de business unit.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent positief, resultaatgericht en ondernemend.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans. (90% van de klanten zijn Franstalig)
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet snel te schakelen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en werkt proactief.
  • Flexibiliteit vormt voor jou geen probleem.
