Als buurtbeheerder ben je onze ogen en oren in de wijk. Jij bent voor onze bewoners de herkenbare, toegankelijke woCommer die altijd in is voor een praatje, maar signalen ook echt oppakt. Je houdt een oogje in het zeil in de buurt, controleert of tuinen er netjes bij liggen en handhaaft waar nodig. Daarnaast word je enthousiast van een goed bewonersidee, zie je kansen om mensen met elkaar in verbinding te brengen en werk je graag samen met bewoners en netwerkpartners aan leuke buurtactiviteiten. Met wie werk je samen?

Als buurtbeheerder ben je onderdeel van ons team Wonen en Buurten, samen met 16 collega's die zich inzetten voor de leefbaarheid in onze wijken. Binnen het team werken 4 andere buurtbeheerders, ieder met een eigen rayon.

Bij woCom werken we gebiedsgericht. Daarom werk je nauw samen met de Wijktafel van jouw rayon. Dit is een groep collegas uit verschillende vakgebieden, zoals een technisch opzichter, verhuurmakelaar en projectleider.

Je werkt daarnaast veel samen met de consulent Wonen en Buurten van jouw rayon. Die richt zich op complexere situaties. Signaleer jij overlast, vervuiling of spanningen tussen bewoners? Dan stem je hierover af met de consulent. Samen zetten jullie je ook in voor ontmoeting en participatie in de wijk.

Naast de samenwerking met collegas werk je veel samen met bewoners, bewonersgroepen en externe partners, zoals gemeenten, politie en welzijnsorganisaties.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Je herkent jezelf in deze functie en wordt enthousiast van het bijdragen aan prettig wonen in buurten en wijken. Een mbo werk- en denkniveau past bij deze functie, maar jouw karakter en werkervaring vinden wij belangrijker dan een diploma.

Je bent een echte samenwerker die mensen in beweging krijgt. Je maakt gemakkelijk contact met verschillende soorten mensen, van huurders tot netwerkpartners en collega's. Je kunt goed luisteren, toont begrip en bent tegelijkertijd doortastend en oplossingsgericht. Als het nodig is, stel je duidelijke grenzen en handel je daarnaar.

Omdat je veel onderweg bent, is het belangrijk dat je voldoende met een computer overweg kunt om afspraken en bevindingen digitaal vast te leggen. Ook ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
