Het engineeringbureau TUC RAIL is een dochteronderneming van Infrabel die gespecialiseerd is in spoorinfrastructuur en –technologie. Al 30 jaar is TUC RAIL toonaangevend en baanbrekend in technische expertise, flexibiliteit en creatieve oplossingen van studie over projectmanagement tot werfsupervisie. Onze projecten zijn vaak van zeer grote omvang en gaan van de aanleg van het netwerk voor hogesnelheidstreinen in België over de Diaboloverbinding tot het Gewestelijk ExpresNet, de concentratie van de seinposten op het Belgische spoornet of de Liefkenshoekspoorverbinding. Jobomschrijving

In ons Competence Center Lines & Integration is een brede waaier aan expertisedomeinen aanwezig: multidisciplinaire en milieustudies, onteigeningen, nutsvoorzieningen, grondonderzoek, spoor, tracé, bedding en wegenwerken. Daarnaast worden ook ruimtelijke studies inzake hydraulica en seininrichting opgenomen om een betere integratie vanaf de beginfasen van projecten te waarborgen.

Voor dit Competence Center zoeken we een CAD/BIM Designer Wegenis (M, V, X).

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verzamelt alle relevante informatie over de bestaande en/of toekomstige toestand: opmeting van het spoor/de wegenis; aanwezigheid van hydraulische elementen, structuren, bovenleidingspalen, nutsleidingen bij de verschillende diensten van de maatschappij om ze te verwerken in de verschillende studies
  • Je voert volledige 2D/3D studies uit van de wegen (dienstwegen, werftoegangen, parking, afschaffing van overwegen, …), spoorbeddingen, hydraulische oplossingen. Deze fase wordt uitgevoerd in overleg met de verschillende betrokkenen bij het project, met het oog op het opmaken van de ontwerpplannen, het bestek en de verschillende vergunningsaanvragen
  • Je werkt binnen het kader van BIM (Building Information Model)/ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)-principes
  • De opmaak, aflevering, verificatie en archivering van deze plannen zal gebeuren volgens de procedures binnen ons Competence Center. Zij zullen in lijn moeten liggen met de behoeften en kwaliteitseisen van de opdrachtgever of ontwerper.
  • Je hebt een Bachelor, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring waarvan 3 jaar in lineaire infrastructuur en wegenis
  • Een heel goede kennis van Civil 3D is een must
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Autocad 3D, ACC en BIM
  • Je kunt goed visualiseren/projecteren in 3D op basis van input
  • Basiskennis van Revit Structures is een pluspunt
  • Kennis van topografie is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, ...)
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans; kennis van het Engels is een troef
  • Je kan autonoom werken op projecten
  • Je bent gedreven, nauwkeurig, communicatief en pragmatisch
  • Je bent een echte team player die kan werken in een multidisciplinair team
  • Je bent bereid je permanent bij te scholen en aan te passen aan wijzigende werkomstandigheden.
