?? Waar kom je terecht? Voor een innovatief bouwbedrijf in Putte, gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten, zoeken wij een gedreven Calculator.

??? Jouw dag als Calculator Als Calculator ben jij de persoon die een bouwproject vertaalt naar een waterdicht financieel plan. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want je werkt aan projecten met een waarde tussen € 50.000 en maar liefst € 2 miljoen.

  • Projectanalyse: Je duikt in bestekken, tekeningen en ontwerpen om elk detail van de opdracht te doorgronden.
  • Calculatie: Je verwerkt alle maten en dimensies nauwkeurig in het calculatiemodel.
  • Optimalisatie: Je analyseert binnengekomen offertes en gaat proactief op zoek naar slimme alternatieven om de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding te garanderen.
  • Sparringpartner: Je bent de schakel tussen aankoop, klantenbegeleiding en ingenieursbureaus.
  • Adviesrol: Je voorziet interne stakeholders, zoals bouwadviseurs en acquisiteurs, van technisch en financieel advies om projecten succesvol binnen te halen.

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt minimaal een Bachelor Bouwkunde op zak.
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring is een sterke plus, maar ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters zijn welkom.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands.
