Je gaat onder andere: - Aanbestedingsstukken, bestekken en tekeningen onderzoeken; - De omvang en belangrijkste eisen van een project samenvatten; - Hoeveelheden bepalen voor grond, zand, riolering en verharding; - Digitale en handmatige uittrekstaten opstellen; - Berekenen hoeveel arbeidsuren en machine-uren nodig zijn; - Productiesnelheden vergelijken met informatie uit eerdere projecten; - Kostprijzen maken voor grondwerk, wegenbouw en riooltechniek; Functie eisen Je hoeft nog geen complete aanbesteding zelfstandig te kunnen begroten. We zoeken iemand die graag uitzoekt hoe iets in elkaar zit en voldoening haalt uit een berekening die logisch en controleerbaar is. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar het werk buiten en durft door te vragen wanneer een getal of aanname niet overtuigt. We verwachten dat jij: - Een mbo- of hbo-opleiding hebt afgerond in Civiele Techniek, Infra, Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting; - Interesse hebt in cijfers, techniek en projectkosten; - Nieuwsgierig bent naar de uitvoering van GWW-projecten; - Technische tekeningen wilt leren analyseren; - Nauwkeurig werkt zonder het grotere geheel te vergeten; - Logisch redeneert en afwijkingen snel opmerkt; - Gestructureerd omgaat met grote hoeveelheden informatie; Organisatie omschrijving Je gaat aan de slag bij een ondernemende aannemer binnen de grond-, weg- en waterbouw. Het bedrijf realiseert projecten voor gemeenten, provincies, waterschappen en ontwikkelaars.
