Bij Aannemersbedrijf J.A. van Gisbergen B.V. krijg je de kans om uitdagende projecten te ondersteunen binnen een hecht familiebedrijf! Als Calculator ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen onze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en projectleiders en bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van marktconforme begrotingen en offertes. Je analyseert kosten, verzorgt werkbegrotingen en adviseert opdrachtgevers over bouwkundige keuzes in relatie tot bouwkosten. Daarnaast assisteer je bij inkoop en spiegel je aanbiedingen van derden om de beste keuzes te maken voor onze projecten. Wat krijg je? - Een zelfstandige en verantwoordelijke functie binnen een solide familiebedrijf. - Een breed en afwisselend takenpakket binnen de bouwcalculatie. - Een goede pensioenregeling en marktconform salaris. - Werken in een innovatieve omgeving waar persoonlijke ontwikkeling en werkplezier centraal staan. Wat neem je mee? - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift. - Minimaal mbo/hbo denk- en werkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van bouwkunde. - Enkele jaren ervaring als calculator, werkvoorbereider of projectleider in de bouwsector. - Analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail, met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Ervaring met Microsoft Office en Ibis-Trad calculatiesoftware. - Kennis van BlueBeam, Digitable en/of 3D BIM-modellen is een pre, maar ambitie is belangrijker dan ervaring!
