Voor onze klant in Balen zijn we op zoek naar een calculator bouw. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het grondig analyseren van aanbestedingsdossiers, waaronder de plannen, het bestek en de uitvoeringsvoorwaarden. Jij maakt een inschatting van de mogelijke risico's en uitdagingen van het project.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het opmaken en/of controleren van de meetstaten;
  • Het begroten van de kostprijzen voor de eigen werken;
  • Het indienen van prijsvragen aan onderaannemers en leveranciers;
  • Het nazicht en de vergelijking van ontvangen offertes.

Daarnaast neem je deel aan de overdracht vergadering, waar je samen met het uitvoerende team de dossiers bespreekt. Je biedt ook ondersteuning bij de berekening van belangrijke meer- of minwerken. Jouw expertise is cruciaal voor het succes van onze projecten!

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Een diploma in Bouw of Architectuur;
  • Relevante ervaring als calculator in de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in de ruwbouw;
  • Ervaring met renovatieprojecten of werken in de openbare sector is een plus;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werken;
  • Je bent flexibel en vastberaden om deadlines te halen;
  • Een teamspeler die gemakkelijk communiceert met collega's, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
