Heb jij technisch inzicht, werk je graag met cijfers en haal je voldoening uit het uitwerken van correcte offertes? Dan is deze uitdaging bij Lithobeton iets voor jou!

Lithobeton is al meer dan 80 jaar een gevestigde waarde in prefab betonoplossingen. Om de groei van de afdeling Cabines verder te ondersteunen, zoeken we een Calculator die technische dossiers analyseert en vertaalt naar correcte, technisch onderbouwde en commercieel interessante offertes.

Wat houdt jouw functie in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische en commerciële uitwerking van offertes voor prefab betoncabines. Daarbij neem je volgende taken op:
  • Je analyseert plannen, bestekken en klantaanvragen voor speciale cabines en grotere projecten.
  • Je maakt nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen en verzamelt alle nodige informatie voor een correcte offerte.
  • Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en verwerkt deze in je berekeningen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimale oplossingen, zowel op technisch als commercieel vlak.
  • Je overlegt met collega's en stemt regelmatig af met de verschillende interne afdelingen.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Studiebureau.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je gaat constructief om met feedback en blijft positief, ook wanneer een offerte niet tot een opdracht leidt.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en bent bereid om het ERP-systeem van Lithobeton te leren kennen.
