Als calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken van technisch sterke, commercieel aantrekkelijke en financieel onderbouwde offertes voor complexe infrastructuurprojecten in België en Europa.

Binnen deze rol:

  • Analyseer je aanbestedingsdocumenten, bestekken, technische dossiers en contractvoorwaarden
  • Werk je technisch sterke, commercieel aantrekkelijke en financieel onderbouwde offertes uit voor complexe infrastructuurprojecten in België en Europa
  • Stel je volledige offerte- en aanbestedingsdossiers samen, inclusief uitvoeringsconcepten en projectaanpak
  • Voer je kostprijsberekeningen en financiële analyses uit ter ondersteuning van competitieve offertes
  • Vergelijk je offertes van leveranciers, onderaannemers en partners en maak je de beste keuzes op basis van kwaliteit en prijs
  • Identificeer je risico’s, opportuniteiten en optimalisaties binnen projecten en aanbestedingen
  • Werk je nauw samen met directie, projectleiders, engineers en operationele teams om tot sterke projectoplossingen te komen
  • Ondersteun je commerciële en contractuele onderhandelingen met klanten en partners

Voor deze job zoeken we iemand met:

  • Een masterdiploma in een technische of ingenieursrichting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen infrastructuur, engineering, projectvoorbereiding of tendering
  • Ervaring met ondergrondse infrastructuurwerken, nutsleidingen, energie-, water- of telecomprojecten is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring met kostprijsberekeningen, aanbestedingen en contractdocumenten
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen, technisch inzicht en commerciële feeling
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt
  • Vlotte kennis van Microsoft Office; ervaring met calculatie-, plannings- of tendersoftware is een meerwaarde
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht kunnen werken
  • Woonachtig op redelijke afstand van Temse
