In deze rol als Calculator werk je aan complexe nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten waarin jouw inzicht direct bijdraagt aan een haalbaar, betrouwbaar en kwalitatief voorstel. Je duikt in aanvragen, vertaalt technische informatie naar een complete calculatie en denkt mee over slimme keuzes in prijs, planning en uitvoering. Daarbij schakel je nauw met projectleiders en technisch adviseurs, zodat inhoud, haalbaarheid en normering goed op elkaar aansluiten. - Aanvragen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, beoordelen van ingediende voorstellen en zorgvuldig vergelijken van prijzen en voorwaarden. - Opstellen van calculaties en kostprijsbegrotingen voor uiteenlopende utiliteitsprojecten. - Afstemmen met projectleider en technisch adviseur over technische haalbaarheid en uitvoerbaarheid. - Bewaken van normen, regelgeving en eisen zoals Bouwbesluit en NEN. - Meedenken over optimalisaties die bijdragen aan een resultaatgerichte en klantgerichte aanpak. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie neem je 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring mee binnen calculatie, bij voorkeur in een technische of bouwkundige omgeving. Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht in meerdere dossiers tegelijk en weet onder tijdsdruk zorgvuldig te blijven handelen. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar samenwerken centraal staat en waar jouw berekeningen echt het verschil maken. Je communiceert helder, schakelt makkelijk met verschillende disciplines en hebt oog voor detail zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen. - Hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richtin...
