Functieomschrijving

Als Calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van prijsberekeningen met een globaal zicht op de moeilijkheidsgraad van de studie en de uitvoering van de projecten. Je hebt administratieve eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de volledigheid van inschrijvingsdossiers en zorgt ervoor dat alle documenten op orde zijn. Je organiseert de benodigde middelen voor de uitvoering van projecten en presenteert de strategische keuzes en risico's aan het management.

Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van kostprijsstudies en het afwerken van verkoopprijzen.
  • Grondige analyse van bestekken, opmetingsstaten en plannen; detecteren van fouten en onsamenhangendheden.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van prijsvragen bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Opstellen van diverse balansen en risk en opportunity tabellen.
  • Organiseren van plaatsbezoeken en technische onderzoeken.
  • Aansturen en opleiden van adjunct-calculatoren.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de naleving van kwaliteits-, milieu-, gezondheids- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Opleiding: Master in de bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Eerste ervaring op een studiedienst of als doorgegroeid Calculator.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus.
  • Informatica: Goede computervaardigheden en kennis van Standaard Bestek 250 is mooi meegenomen.
  • Technische kennis: Kennis van riolering, wegeniswerken, asfalt en betonverhardingen.
  • Communicatief en in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig.
  • Georganiseerd en efficiënt in het managen van projecten.
