Bij HEADHUNTER.Vlaanderen hebben we een samenwerking met verschillende bedrijven die actief zijn in de ruime bouw sector met o.a. kabel & leiding technieken, wegenwerken, civiele werken, spoorwegen en gebouwen maar ook bouwmaterialen, automatisatie processen & scheepsherstellingen.

Verschillende van onze partners zijn sterke aannemers met een uitstekende reputatie in nieuwbouw, renovatie-, restauratie- en andere gespecialiseerde bouwprojecten zijn wij op zoek een meerdere Calculatoren Bouw voor verschillende regio's.

Als Calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en berekenen van bouwprojecten in de aanbestedings- en voorbereidingsfase. Je werkt nauw samen met interne projectteams en leveranciers om tot een correcte en competitieve kostprijs te komen.

  • Bestuderen van aanbestedingsdossiers, plannen en bestekken.
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Uitwerken van prijsberekeningen en kostencalculaties.Identificeren van technische optimalisaties en alternatieven.
  • Opstellen van budgetramingen en aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Samenwerken met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en commerciële collega's.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en kwaliteit binnen het calculatieproces.
  • Bachelor of master in Bouwkunde of geen graduaat met ervaring.
  • Ervaring als Calculator binnen de bouwsector is een plus.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Goede kennis van bouwtechnieken en materialen.
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office; ervaring met calculatiesoftware is een meerwaarde.
  • Communicatief en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Teamspeler met een proactieve ingesteldheid.
