Als Calculator binnen de grond-, weg- en waterbouw speel je een belangrijke rol in de voorbereidingsfase van projecten. Je bent betrokken bij aanbestedingen, offertes en nieuwe opdrachten en weet contractdocumenten, tekeningen en eisenpakketten snel te doorgronden. Daarbij herken je risico's en kansen vroegtijdig en vertaal je deze naar een realistische projectbegroting. Met jouw technische inzicht en kostendeskundigheid stel je nauwkeurige calculaties op. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de financiële aspecten en neemt ook planning, uitvoerbaarheid, logistiek en projectrisico's mee in je afwegingen. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's van tenders, werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering om tot een concurrerende en haalbare aanbieding te komen die zowel technisch als financieel goed onderbouwd is. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en uitwerken van kostenbegrotingen en ramingen. - Controleren en beoordelen van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Signaleren van risico's, kansen en optimalisaties binnen projecten en aanbestedingen. - Uitwerken van uitvoeringsmethoden, faseringen en globale planningen. - Toelichten en onderbouwen van gemaakte keuzes richting interne projectteams en externe partijen. - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van minder ervaren calculators. - Verzorgen van een zorgvuldige overdracht naar het uitvoeringsteam na opdrachtverstrekking. - Bijdragen aan een succesvolle voorbereiding van projecten door technische en financiële inzichten te combineren.
