The posting

Voor een bouwbedrijf zijn wij nog op zoek naar een calculator.

  • Grondige analyse van projecten in zowel administratieve als technische aspecten, met focus op uitvoeringsmogelijkheden en methoden.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van prijsvragen, verzending naar potentiële onderaannemers en leveranciers, en analyse en vergelijking van ontvangen offertes.
  • Opstellen van begrotingen en offertes voor klanten.
  • Rapportage aan het Hoofd Calculatie en actieve deelname in ervaren team voor overleg en advies.
  • Opvolging van uitgebrachte offertes en nauwe samenwerking met commerciële vertegenwoordigers. Uurrooster :
  • Je werkt voltijds van maandag tem vrijdag
  • Opstart tussen 7u30 en 8u30
  • Middagpauze min 45 min en max 1u30

Jouw Profiel:

  • Je hebt een diploma in Bouwkunde.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en een analytisch denkvermogen, en je bent in staat om creatieve oplossingen te bedenken.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands is vereist, kennis van Engels en Frans zijn een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bekend met MS Office en bent snel vertrouwd met ons calculatieprogramma, en ervaring met Tekla is een extra voordeel.
  • Zelfstandig werken, een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel hebben en bijdragen aan de groei van onze organisatie zijn voor jou uitdagingen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, doelgericht en communicatief sterk.
