Je houdt ervan om technische uitdagingen cijfermatig te ontleden en te vertalen naar sterke offertes? Dan zit je goed bij onze klant, een hele goeie werkgever.

Samen met twee ervaren collega’s vorm je een hecht team dat dagelijks meebouwt aan sterke HVAC-projecten: van appartementsbouw tot industriële installaties.

Je doet meer dan rekenen alleen. Je denkt mee over de haalbaarheid en zoekt verbeteringen in het ontwerp. Daarbij baseer je je op het lastenboek, de meetstaten en info van de klant of het studiebureau. Je neemt contact op met (potentiële) leveranciers voor prijsaanvragen zodoende je een correcte inschatting kan maken.

Je zorgt voor een tijdige en correcte communicatie naar klanten en volgt de offertes op, het spreekt voor zich dat je energie krijgt bij het binnenhalen van projecten.

Tot slot draag je het project zorgvuldig over aan de projectleider(s), zodat de uitvoering vlot kan starten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle puzzelstukken netjes in elkaar passen.

  • Je bent een calculator die op korte termijn zelfstandig aan de slag kan met de dossiers, je kan daarbij enkele jaren voorleggen in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Gezien je naast het berekenen ook technisch advies verleent over de oplossing, spreekt het voor zich dat ervaring in de HVAC-sector en oplossingen een must is.
  • Je hebt een perfecte mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis Nederlands. Je kan je behelpen in het Frans en Engels, dit is geen noodzaak.
  • De rol vraagt een sterk cijfermatig inzicht en pragmatische aanpak.
  • Het conceptueel kunnen uitwerken van een prijsaanvraag is een pluspunt.
