Onze klant is een toonaangevende speler in industriebouw.

Na een ruime opleidingsperiode ben je volledig in staat om zelfstandig, na analyse en interpretatie van bouwtechnische details, een nauwkeurige en concurrerende prijsberekening op te stellen. Je gaat proactief in gesprek met de verkoper en potentiële klant, bestudeert grondig de plannen, meetstaten en lastenboeken. Deze informatie vertaal je naar een competitieve offerte in ons eigen calculatiesysteem. In de samenwerking met het team, bestaande uit een verkoper, projectvoorbereider en projectleider, ben je een essentiële schakel. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers, vraagt scherpe prijsaanbiedingen op en volgt deze op de voet. Kortom, jij zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke prijsvorming en offerte, zo draag je bij aan het succes van ons bouwprojectteam.

  • Heb jij een opleiding in bouwkunde genoten, bij voorkeur als industrieel ingenieur? Ben je niet alleen cijfermatig sterk, maar beschik je ook over een scherp commercieel inzicht? Dan ben jij wellicht de persoon die we zoeken om ons team te versterken.
  • Wat maakt de functie van calculator zo boeiend? Je krijgt de kans om samen met een ervaren team de meest uitdagende bouwprojecten binnen te halen. Als echte teamspeler geniet je van de dynamiek die ontstaat bij het realiseren van ambitieuze doelen.
  • Jouw sterkte is gedetailleerde analyses van bouwknopen maken, waarbij je het globale overzicht niet uit het oog verliest. Je zelfstandigheid en nauwkeurigheid zijn hierbij van cruciale waarde. Heb je al een eerste werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie? Perfect! We geloven in de kracht van ervaring, maar we staan ook open voor je kandidatuur indien je pas afgestudeerd bent en beschikt over een enthousiaste ingesteldheid en de motivatie om te groeien in ons team.

  • Je brengt indien nodig graag jouw expertise tot bij de klant ter ondersteuning van de bouwconsulent
