Wij zijn actief in zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie en werken voor bouwbedrijven, vastgoedbedrijven, zorg- en onderwijsinstellingen, overheden, woningcorporaties en VvE's. Onze missie? Samen met onze opdrachtgevers werken aan de daken van de toekomst. Wij willen een duurzame en meedenkende bouwpartner zijn. Met onze jarenlange expertise bieden wij een betrouwbaar totaalplan: van advies en regie tot uitvoering. Zo ontzorgen wij onze opdrachtgevers volledig op het gebied van dakoplossingen. Jouw functie Als Calculator Platte Daken ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de aanvraag en de uitvoering van een project. Vanuit ons kantoor in Eindhoven werk je aan uiteenlopende nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze projecten financieel én technisch goed voorbereid van start kunnen gaan. Je beoordeelt aanvragen, analyseert tekeningen en bestekken en vertaalt deze naar een nauwkeurige en onderbouwde calculatie. Je werkt zelfstandig aan je calculaties, denkt actief mee over de beste aanpak en hebt regelmatig contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en collega's binnen GR8 Roofs. Wat ga je doen? Als Calculator Platte Daken ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het beoordelen en verwerken van binnengekomen offerteaanvragen en bestekken; - Het analyseren van tekeningen, technische omschrijvingen en projectdocumentatie; - Het maken van nauwkeurige kostprijsberek...
