Je neemt een centrale rol op in de voorbereiding van projecten in staalbouw. Vanuit jouw analyse zorg je voor correcte kostprijsberekeningen en offertes en ondersteun je het team door projecten technisch en financieel goed onderbouwd te starten.

  • Analyseren van plannen, lastenboeken en technische dossiers voor verschillende staalconstructies.
  • Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en offertes voor industriële en utiliteitsbouwprojecten.
  • Meedenken over technische optimalisaties en oplossingen die kostenbesparend werken.
  • Nauw samenwerken met tekenbureau, productie en projectleiding om offertes en projecten goed af te stemmen.
  • Opvolgen van offertes en ondersteuning bieden tijdens de volledige offertefase.
  • Bewaken en opvolgen van budgetten van lopende projecten en analyseren van eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Uitvoeren en interpreteren van nacalculaties om toekomstige offertecalculaties verder te verbeteren.

Je combineert technische bagage met cijfermatig inzicht en voelt je thuis in een bouwtechnische of industriële omgeving. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt mee over oplossingen en communiceert vlot met verschillende betrokkenen.

  • Technische achtergrond of relevante ervaring in een bouwtechnische of industriële context.
  • Analytische ingesteldheid en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
  • Vlotte communicatie met collega's, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar je functioneert ook goed in teamverband.
  • Je kan technische plannen en lastenboeken interpreteren.
  • Sterk cijfermatig inzicht en vlotte omgang met Excel en digitale toepassingen.
  • Ervaring met calculatie is een duidelijke troef.
  • Ervaring in staalbouw, metaalconstructie of een technische bouwomgeving is een pluspunt.
