Jouw uitdaging als Calculator Als calculator werktuigbouwkunde houd jij je dagelijks bezig met het opstellen van begrotingen en offertes voor complexe aanvragen van onze klanten. Jouw doel is om de winnende inschrijving op te leveren. Samen met jouw team behaal je hierin een optimale kostenefficiëntie, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. Jij: Stelt kosteneffectieve kostprijsbegrotingen en offertes op Hebt inzicht in de aanvraag- en contractdocumenten van de projecten en in de mogelijke transacties en financiële risico’s Onderhoudt de contacten met zowel interne als externe klanten en ook met toeleveranciers en onderaannemers Levert relevante informatie op ter bevordering van de bepaling van de verkoopprijzen Als persoon ben je resultaatgericht, kun je goed samenwerken en ben je accuraat. Je adviseert over de voortgang, kostenbewaking en kwaliteit van het ontwerp- en calculatieproces en stuurt bij waar nodig. Wat biedt Unica jou? aanbestedingsstukken. Je werkt conform de (veiligheids-)voorschriften en KAM-procedures en houdt de (technische en markt-)ontwikkelingen in de branche bij. Jij weet wat er speelt. Verder: Heb je een diploma op MBO-niveau 4 richting werktuigbouwkunde of installatietechniek; Ben je minimaal 2 jaar werkzaam in een soortgelijke functie; Heb je kennis van calculatieprogramma’s. Kennis van 12Build en UAV is een pré. Jouw team Je komt te werken bij Tender & Ontwikkeling binnen Unica Building Projects, standplaats Amsterdam. Een hecht team van 7 collega’s wacht daar op je. Het werk is dynamisch, met uitdagende deadlines, maar ook met ruimte voor plezier en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Daarnaast werk je veel samen met collega’s uit regio Zuidwest, waardoor je indirect een nog groter netwerk hebt. #LI-LD1 Wie zijn wij?
