Bij het bedrijf krijg je de kans om je talenten te benutten en door te groeien in een dynamische omgeving. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en berekenen van diverse bouwprojecten. Jouw inzicht en nauwkeurigheid zijn cruciaal voor het succes van de projecten. Zonder jouw inzet zouden er kostbare fouten gemaakt worden en deadlines gemist worden. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om elk project soepel te laten verlopen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde kostenramingen. - Het plannen en coördineren van projectactiviteiten. - Het aanvragen en beoordelen van offertes van leveranciers. - Het bewaken van budgetten en deadlines. - Het onderhouden van communicatie met klanten en partners.
