‍Onze klant heeft heel wat klanten die actief zijn in de industriële sector. De oproepen die voor hen binnenkomen hebben een minutieuze opvolging nodig. Heb jij nu zoiets van ‘Aha, da’s iets voor mij!’, dan ben jij de Inbound Klantenadviseur die we zoeken. Je beantwoordt oproepen die opgevolgd moeten worden met interventies, je geeft bestellingen of levertijden door, schakelt oproepen door, noteert berichten, helpt de klanten van onze klanten verder volgens vooropgestelde instructies, plant techniekers in, biedt eerstelijnshulp op technisch vlak, enz.

En dat doe je niet enkel telefonisch maar ook via onze multi-channel services zoals chat, video en instant messaging.
