Deine Aufgaben

* Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenberatung und Kundenbetreuung

* Bestell- & Anwendungssupport: Bestellannahme und Hilfestellung bei der Anwendung der jeweiligen Produkten

* Troubleshooting und professionelles Beschwerdemanagement

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (LAP oder Matura)

* Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenberatung/-betreuung von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Starke Kundenorientierung, Einfühlungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
