Parttime callcenter medewerker bij de alliantie in Hilversum Vind je het leuk om in contact te zijn met mensen? Begin dan 16 november als callcenter medewerker in Hilversum! Wat ga je doen? Als callcenter medewerker bij de Alliantie in Hilversum ben jij dé persoon die ervoor zorgt dat huurders zich direct gehoord voelen. Geen dag is hier hetzelfde! Het ene moment help je iemand met een technisch defect aan hun woning, het volgende moment adviseer je over een betaling of leg je uit hoe het woningaanbod werkt. Je begint je avontuur aan de telefoon, maar na een half jaar pak je daar ook het contact via e-mail bij op. Het is aan jou om elk gesprek vlot en vakkundig af te ronden, waarbij je goed aanvoelt welke melding direct actie nodig heeft en wat even kan wachten. Je komt terecht bij een informele woningcorporatie die met ruim 50.000 woningen een enorme impact heeft op de betaalbaarheid van wonen in de regio. Het is een werkplek waar een nuchtere mentaliteit en oprechte betrokkenheid bij de huurders centraal staan! Handig om te weten: Als callcenter medewerker ben je niet bang om een pittig gesprek te voeren. Je denkt in kansen in plaats van problemen en krijgt energie van het helpen van mensen. Jouw positieve instelling werkt aanstekelijk en je vindt het fijn om anderen een stap verder te helpen. Je krijgt bij de Alliantie de vrijheid om te kiezen voor een contract van 21, 22,5 of 28 uur per week, waarbij je werkt op doordeweekse dagen tussen 08.30 en 16.00 uur. Ga je voor de 21-urige werkweek? Dan kun je zelf een vaste vrije dag inplannen. Kies je voor 22,5 uur, dan werk je bijvoorbeeld dagelijks korte shifts van 09.30 tot 14.00 uur. Belangrijk: van 16 november tot 27 november heb je een verplichte training waar je twee weken lang elke dag van 08.30 tot 16.00 uur beschikbaar moet zijn.
